Dear Parents,

1.0 Greetings

Greetings to you in Jesus’ name. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2026. May the Good Lord see us through from 2025 into 2026 and bless our school community.

2.0 End of Term Three 2025

We thank all parents for their continued support. Term Three 2025 ran smoothly academically and socially, with no major incidents. We are grateful to God for sustaining our school.

2.1 Term 1, 2026

Term One of 2026 begins on Monday, 12th January 2026. Learners are expected to report on Sunday, 11th January 2026 before 18:00 hours. Late reporting will result in disciplinary action.

2.2 School Fees for 2026

School fees remain K2,250.00, payable on or before the first day of term via ZANACO, Choma Branch (Account: 5580600300155). Deposit slips should accompany the learner or be sent to the Bursar, Ms. Brenda Mbewe (0779917302). Outstanding balances from previous years must be cleared.

2.3 Water Project Fee

A one-off Water Project Fee of K500.00 is payable, either fully or in two installments (K250 per term). Deposit separately from school fees. Send deposit slips to the School Accountant, Brain Siachaamba (0977806803) with the narration "water project".

2.4 CDF Refunds Resolution

Beginning 2026, the school will not refund fees if a learner later secures sponsorship (CDF, KGS, FAWEZA, etc.).

2.5 Authorized Food Stuff in School

Learners may bring the following food items in their trunks:

Confiscated items will be donated to the community.

3.0 Important Reminders

3.1 Birth Certificates / Records

All returning learners must submit a photocopy of a birth certificate or birth record upon return to school.

3.2 Sending Pocket Money

Use the official agent line (0778561163) for sending pocket or transport money. Do not send money to individual teachers.

3.3 Learners’ Health

Parents are encouraged to take learners for medical checkups during the holidays to reduce hospital visits during term time.

3.4 Theft at Hostels

Parents should advise learners not to take items that do not belong to them and to promote honesty and care among peers.

3.5 School Uniforms

Uniform remains unchanged: blue dresses, white long socks, Bata shoes, and maroon jerseys.

3.6 End-of-Year Results

3.7 School Bus

Transport to/from Lusaka will be offered at K520.00 per trip for closing/opening days. Contact Transport Officer, Mr. Mweemba B (0974735166). Opening day bus/truck available on 11th January 2026 from 08:00–16:00 at K110.00.

4.0 Conclusion

We thank all parents for their commitment and support. Please continue paying school fees on time. We wish everyone a joyful Christmas holiday.
